We specialize in holistic and integrative care, meaning we will work with you to identify root cause of disease as well as coaching you through your personalized goals. Sometimes, this may include some medication changes but will never include any medication additions. Our goal is treat naturally and holistically with the use of diet, our environment, vitamins, minerals, and even homework assignments that include nature trail hikes or preparing fresh meal at home. If we identify any medication changes or even additions, we will gladly refer you back your pcp for management.

It is never our position to demand you follow a specific recommendation. But rather understand that we provide comprehensive education for you to make the best choices for you and your lifestyle and the people who matter most to you. Our provider is Family Nurse Practitioner Certified, with nearly 20 years healthcare experience and multiple certificates in holistic, obesity, and weight management. Our practice has assisted more than 500+ clients prevent and reverse chronic medical conditions, namely obesity and high blood pressure without ever prescribing a "pill".
