My Story

Dr. Manning, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Known just as A. or Dr. A was already a practicing Nurse Practitioner when she received care of her niece, at the time around 6 weeks old and permanently at 18 months. She had a very aggressive form of asthma, with recurrent bouts of pneumonia and eczema.

Amber, who was already interested in holistic care, became obsessed with the science of activating ones own healing mechanisms to help reverse and stop disease. Through a shift in diet, attention to mindfulness, reducing the body's stress responses, increasing movement and fitness, and optimizing sleep, she was able to reverse her illnesses and now asthma-free and can run a 9.5 min mile at 8-years old.
